Outlook profiles don't offer password protection, and Spotlight searches from the Finder will locate Outlook items from all the profiles in the current user account. To learn more about how to create user accounts, see Mac Help.
Hi Bartosz,
Welcome to the Microsoft Communities and thanks for posting the question.
Outlook for Windows has profiles that you can set up in such a way as to prompt you to open a particular one.
In Outlook for Mac the same is called an identity.
You cannot select switch identities in Outlook 2011, as the feature is not included in Outlook 2011.
As a workaround you could hold down the Option key when launching Outlook 2011. This brings up the Database Utility. Select + 'Create a new identity', then 'Set as Default'.

You would have to do it every time you want to switch identities in Outlook 2011.
If this is a feature you’d like to see in future versions of Office for Mac, be sure to send your feedback by clicking “Help” > “Send Feedback…” in any Office application or by clicking on the link below:
If this does not help, or if you have any other query related to Outlook / Office for Mac, please get back to us and we would be happy to help you.
Thanks
